Shredding company extends reach into central and eastern North Carolina

Durham, N.C., January 13, 2004 – 

AllShred, Inc., an independent mobile shredding company, has acquired Shred E-Z of Fayetteville, North Carolina. This is AllShred, Inc.’s second acquisition in the eastern North Carolina region.

AllShred, Inc. had been eyeing expansion into the Fayetteville market for the past year. When Shred E-Z owner Chuck Donau approached AllShred’s Tom Hanlon and John Chapman about selling his shredding service, the timing for both companies was ideal.

“Fayetteville is a booming market,” Donau stated. “Frankly, the area needs a company that can fully serve the region. But I wanted to be sure that the company I sold to would take good care of my customers. AllShred, Inc. is clearly that company.”
